Michelle wanted a pill box hat with a wow factor to match her forties style dress for the races. I took a basic black pill box hat and then added black merry widow veiling with winter white chenille spots, created a huge flower from sinamay, to match the flowers on her dress, and then crossed it with two huge quills wrapped in biot feathers.
