Starburst

This clients outfit was a striking strapless dress in aqua with bold black lines coming from the side, at waist height, in a starburst pattern. This matching headpiece has been created from aqua stripped quills wrapped in black wire and black stripped quills wrapped in aqua wire, arranged on a clear alice band in a starburst fashion.
