Sherbert Pips

Anne’s outfit was so bright and vibrant that  I wanted to keep it.  We used all of the colours in the outfit in the this gorgeous oversized fascinator.  Firstly a brim was created from black veiling, chenille spots were added in the multitude of colours and to top the creation crin loops were made and sprayed in matching colours.
