Putting on the Ritz

Carol’s gorgeous 1950’s dress needed something reminiscent of the same era to compliment it. The roses on the dress were mirrored on the fascinator, then veiling was draped so that it sexily covered the eyes then matching chenille spots were dotted on the veiling.
