The striking feature on Elaine’s gorgeous outfit were the flowers on the belt so we decided to use this theme in her fascinator.  Distressed crin was used to form a base, then curled pheasant curls in black and sand were added.  Using leftover material from the dress, flowers were made to match the flowers on the belt.
