Eileen’s Navy blue suit had large gold poppy flowers on it so this was used at the theme for this fascinator.  A “brim” was made from metallic gold veiling and then navy poppy flowers were spritzed with gold spray in the centre, gold seed beads were added, then these were placed on the gold veiling.  Simply Stunning!
